Lawyer, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a mention in corporate law from Universidad Privada Boliviana. She has successfully completed diplomas in tax law, customs law and higher education as well as courses in business administration and foreign trade taught by several universities at national level. 

Najwa has extensive experience in tax and commercial advice, including the management of imports and exports of agricultural and food products, amongst others. She has solid knowledge in administrative contracting, customs, labor and regulatory law.
