Carla Mariel Ayala Cuellar

Lawyer graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) and Mention in Corporate Law from Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB). She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Procedural Law as well as several other specialization courses in Civil Law, Precautionary Proceedings, Postulatory Acts, Criminal Law and Restorative Justice.

 

Before joining Wayar & von Borries in 2020, Carla gained extensive experience working in various areas of the Judicial Branch, which led her to focus her practice on procedural law.
