Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA), where he earned a Mention in Business Law. His academic background is complemented by various postgraduate studies, including "Expert in Arbitration" under the guidance of ICC Bolivia and "Specialization in Extraordinary Proceedings and Structure Monitoring Processes" provided by Legal Praxis.

Before joining the law firm of Wayar & Von Borries, he amassed valuable experience of over two years at another legal firm specializing in Corporate Law and Arbitrations.

He has authored articles on various topics in commercial and arbitration law. Additionally, he has actively participated in different conferences on these subjects, with a notable highlight being his involvement in the International Investment Arbitration Seminar.
