Bachelor of Laws graduated Magna Cum Laude and specialized in Corporate Law from the Universidad Privada Boliviana. He attended the 2014 session of the International Academy for Arbitration in Paris. He passed the Post-graduate programs in National and International Contracts of Universidad Privada Boliviana and in Arbitration, Conciliation and Negotiation of Universidad Real of the National Chamber of Commerce of Bolivia.

He has been part of Wayar & von Borries since 2012 and has since focused his practice mainly on corporate counseling, complex transactions and national and international arbitration, including those under the rules of the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, National Chamber of Commerce and CAINCO.

He has been a professor at Universidad Privada Boliviana in the courses of International Contracts and Alternative Dispute Resolution, among others.

He has been invited to participate as an exhibitor in International Arbitration Conferences organized in Bolivia and Uruguay.
