Bachelor of Laws, graduated with Honors from Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” (La Paz), Master´s Degree in Corporate Business Law from Universidad de Aquino Bolivia. 

Fernando has been a member of Wayar & von Borries since 2009 and has been a Partner since 2018. He has extensive experience advising national and international clients in ad hoc and administered arbitration, civil and commercial contracts, civil, commercial, constitutional and labor law. He has negotiated successfully with unions and employees in complex labor disputes. Furthermore, he is the director of the labor law department and co-director of the procedural law department of the La Paz office.
