Business Lawyer with Diploma in Business Law and Corporate Law, graduated with special mention as Degree in Law, Political and Social Sciences from the University “Mayor, Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca”.

During the last decade he has been working as legal advisor for major companies in civil, commercial, administrative, regulatory and contractual matters and Public Private Partnership (PPP) Financing, Projects & Contracts in the areas of Oil, Gas, Energy, Mining and Construction.

Former Legal Analyst at the Concessionaire of the Commerce Registry of Bolivia – “FUNDEMPRESA”, responsible for its offices in the Oriental Headquarters, legal auditor of internal registration processes and trainer in matters of registry law.

Former International Consultant of the Andean Commission of Jurists (“CAJ”) in different academic projects inherent to the justice system and the media in Bolivia. Former Director of the State of Law and Human Development Area of the “Good Government” Foundation (“FBG”).

He is a registered arbitrator at the arbitration center of the Santa Cruz Bar Association (“CCA – ICACRUZ”). He has published dozens of legal articles specialized in civil, commercial and constitutional matters in different print and digital media in the country.

He is currently Head of the Department of Corporate Law and leads the practice of Public Private Partnership (PPP) Financing, Projects & Contracts in the Santa Cruz office of Wayar & von Borries.
