Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB). Graduated
with honors, Summa Cum Laude with a mention in International Law. She has
successfully completed specialization courses in Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law,
Constitutional Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at various academic
institutions in the country.

Before joining Wayar & Von Borries Abogados, Belen completed professional
internships at a Public Civil and Commercial Court in La Paz and at a Constitutional
Chamber of the La Paz District. Additionally, she worked in Real Estate Law as a legal
advisor.
